MetaGuard 100 is a calendered PVC overlaminate, providing a matched system for use with Metamark MD-100. It offers greater durability of the print with increased resistance to abrasion. Applications include advertising, point of sale, windows, advertising boards and other promotional applications. Fire Rating Class B [BS EN 13501-1:2007]

This standard high tack application tape is designed to suit most signmaking applications. It allows easy unwind off the roll, and clean tear. The high quality paper demonstrates excellent layflat properties with low elongation. It is easy to remove without residue and is suitable for wet application.

Metamark MD5 is a high performance grade polymeric calendered self-adhesive vinyl for printers using solvent inks. The high quality film, adhesive and liner, combined with Metamark’s distinctive coating technology provides outstanding print performance. MD5 is suitable for application onto flat or slightly curved surfaces, such as vehicle graphics, retail signage and window graphics.

Metaguard 700 is a 70 micron polymeric calendered self-adhesive vinyl overlaminate with UV inhibitors, suitable for lamination of interior or exterior applications. Overlaminating with MetaGuard 700 provides increased resistance to abrasion and durability of the print. When applied over Metamark MD5 digital print media the products provide a matched system. It can be applied over flat or semi-curved surfaces and has a solvent-based adhesive that eliminates problems during wet application.

Product Description Metamark 7 Series is a high performance calendered vinyl developed for computer-cut graphics for vehicles, window decals, and long term applications onto flat or slightly curved surfaces. The soft handle 70 micron face film offers ease of weeding, while the high grade solvent based adhesive allows wet application and clean removal. Exterior durability is 8 years for black and white, 7 years for colours and 5 years for metallic colours. M7-100 White Gloss and M7-101M White Matt have a blue contrast liner.

Metamark 4 Series is a superior quality intermediate grade vinyl for computer-cut use, available in a range of Matt and Gloss colours. It is suitable for outdoor or indoor signage applications onto flat or slightly curved surfaces. The 70 micron soft handle face film offers ease of weeding. Exterior durability is 5 years for black and white, 4 years for colours and 3 years for metallic colours.

Supplied in spray gun.

Lucoled Plus BL11 modules offer a high quality and efficient backlit solution for channel letters made from routed full acrylic.
Lucoled Plus BL11 modules are IP65 and can be used without the need for fully potting the acrylic letters. This makes the production process much cleaner and faster. Potting material can also damage LED phosphor and can have a colour shift and reduced life as a result. The BL11 is a fully enclosed module and does not have this disadvantage.
Lucoled Plus BL11 can also be used in very narrow and small traditional channel letters.
