Offering a 710 x 510mm print bed, the UJF-7151plus, accommodates most commonly used traditional screen print sizes, providing an ideal digital upgrade for established printing operations.

High production printing

An array of six staggered printheads enables the device to print at twice the speed of previous models. Plus Mimaki’s automatic clogged nozzle detection and recovery mechanism, combined with its built-in ink circulation system, provide stable ink jetting for non-stop uninterrupted print production.

In order to maintain high print quality even at high speeds, the vacuum table of the UJF-7151plus flatbed UV printer has been engineered to move during printing instead of the Y-bar.

To assist with movement, two ball screws are installed on both sides of the table, and four motor-driven legs are added beneath the table to maintain its horizontal position when lifted or lowered. This all results in a more precise droplet placement and higher quality print output.

For beautifully solid colours, smooth gradations, and stunning print quality at up to 1200dpi, the UJF-7151plus flatbed UV printer incorporates the unique anti-banding feature, the MAPS4 Advanced Pass System and Mimaki’s Fine Diffusion technology.

Plus, you can get super-creative with Mimaki’s innovative metallic UV ink, with gloss tones for mirror-like finishes or matt tones for steel-metal effects. With white ink for base-layer printing on transparent or coloured materials, and clear ink for embossing or 2.5D textures.
